FROM LOCAL WORD-OF-MOUTH TO A

In 2025, Rebel was built entirely on word of mouth. No ads. No formal brand. No marketing infrastructure. Just a compelling event and a community that couldn't stop talking about it. Four hundred people showed up because someone they trusted told them they had to be there.

In 2026, we formalized. We established a defined brand identity, built a structured marketing cadence, and launched email and text campaigns to a growing audience. Our total paid ad spend for the entire year came in at under $250.

The result? 705 attendees — and a geographic shift that stopped us in our tracks.

What had been a Columbus-area event in 2025 became something noticeably different in 2026. Attendees traveled from California, Texas, Florida, Maine, Indiana, and every major Ohio market — Columbus, Cleveland, and Cincinnati. The demand wasn't manufactured. It surfaced organically, which tells us something important: the appetite for what Rebel offers exists well beyond the zip codes we've touched.

THE UPSIDE IS LARGELY UNTAPPED

We've demonstrated the ability to pull a national audience on a budget that most brands spend on a single boosted post. That's not a boast — it's a data point that reframes what's possible with real investment behind it.

He also teaches continuing education for realtors, and that instinct to educate and empower is woven into Rebel's DNA. Ryan doesn't show up to inspire people. He shows up to equip them.
